The doctors are very good, but the support staff is lacking. The doctors intent is good but patient care is weak after your appointment
I had two cervical spine fusions with North Jersey. They are hands down the best at what they do. 12 years ago after a nasty fall I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kaptain who performed my 1st surgery. Just recently, after another accident, I met Dr Azmi who did my 2nd surgery. Both very professional and explained everything related to the surgery.
Dr. Walzmen is the best! He saved my life!
Dr. Walzman is an amazing doctor. He saved my husbands life after his stroke and he can't be thanked enough! He and his staff are always so patient and helpful through everything that comes with this process . We just hope they all know how much we appreciate them all !
I have had a great experience with the office and Dr. Kaptain is an amazing dr! Great bedside manners and was so calming and took time to explain everything and answer any questions! I would recommend him to anymore!!
I had the fortune of finding someone who could help me, not only once but twice. Adjustments had to be made during my second surgery and they had to be made then and there. Thanks again! I'm still dancing and gambling.
I wish all experiences in life were this positive. Dr. Singh has demonstrated a level of warmth, patience, and caring only exceeded by his skill as a surgeon. I may agree about the dr's being good, but they over book and disregard your time. 1 1/2 passed appointment. Rude help as well. Not happy... Oh, now they come out to let 11 people know that they waited for nothing because their dr can't make it. Yelled it like a circus and thought it was funny. Can't wait to hear what our wait is for. Just sick. So unprofessional ...
