Terrible service I placed my order on April 16 I have sent emails and even talked to an advisor, who assured me that my glasses would be sent, until today I am still waiting.

Classic example of why you should avoid unknown companies. I ordered glasses, was charged and next day told out of stock. That's fine, but now ignored concerning refund- five emails. I did, however, continue to get ads from the same email box! Processing orders before ensuring stock and not immediately refunding is deceitful.

This was my first time using Daniel Walters. I always bought eyeglasses from my local eye doctor. My frames that I bought locally broke and I wanted to replace them but the lenses were fine. Daniel Walters had the same frames and I bought them from them for about $200 less than it would have cost me from my eye doctor. I shipped them the lenses and they put them in the new frames for me no charge. I got them back from them very quickly and the job was done perfectly.
