This was my first time using Daniel Walters. I always bought eyeglasses from my local eye doctor. My frames that I bought locally broke and I wanted to replace them but the lenses were fine. Daniel Walters had the same frames and I bought them from them for about $200 less than it would have cost me from my eye doctor. I was really pleased with my experience buying glasses on Daniel Walters. In the past I have had issues with the right lenses. I was able to speak to Derek the optician and he helped me choose the right frames and lenses best for my particular prescription. All in all it was a very pleasant and straightforward experience using the website to upload my information. Got the glasses pretty quickly and they fit great. Very satisfied. And it was way cheaper than what I have paid before at the eye doctor. Highly recommend!

Had issues within first week of getting new glasses and they've not remedied the problem, nor have they acknowledge my email. My recommendation is to believe the negative reviews and purchase elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. They take forever to credit a return. Returned the product a month ago and still no refund
