The office staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Walker is amazing. He was patient and did not rush through the exam. He answered all questions and I felt 100% comfortable and confident with him.
This guy right here! Great staff. Great communication. Very punctual! And (first time ever) great atmosphere! Wall art in classic rock! For the first time ever I was kept occupied and entertained waiting it a doctors office treatment room without having to resort to snooping through their drawers and supplies vanity; or worse yet, reading those gawd awful medical pamphlets! Seriously, for me it made going to a doctor’s visit almost pleasant.
Dr. Walker is good but the process to get in is more than painful and has caused me to look elsewhere. Communication is lacking and the wait times are less than ideal. My last three visits resulted in me canceling my appointment. I stopped by today, waited 45 minutes in the lobby (beyond my scheduled time) and still hadn't been seen. The time prior was a scheduled surgical procedure, I waited 1 hr. in the lobby, another 45 minutes in the patient room before leaving frustrated, to only be asked to "find a more convenient time... read more
The doctor is ok but the administration team are terrible. They couldn’t find my daughter in the system and then had to come in as a new patient. Then sent prescription medication that have not sent to the pharmacy in two days. I called this morning and had to leave a voice mail as nobody will pick up the phone and they have never followed up with me.
Down to earth, competent, music fan. I felt comfortable immediately and knew I was in good hands.
