Dr. Jiao was voted the best acupuncturist in San Francisco and a Standford University speaker. He is the best Chinese herbalist I have ever known being a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine myself as well as a graduate of UCSF pharmacy school with focus in integrative medicine. He comes from 3 generations of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and was a licensed doctor of western medicine in China. He is a quack! This guy did not have any medical background. He can harm you. Stop and run. You can only get hurt from him. The condition will only get worse and worse. I am so regret to know this guack in Bay Area. Never spent anything here. Go someone else.
Run!, "Find somewhere else to go". The staff, are complete absence of customer service skills. They lied, to me, were unable to figure our who just called me ten minutes ago, failed to log my next appointment, and tried to extort $65.00 from me for the first (3) visits, even though my PPO deductible is completely paid, and verified, through the insurance company, that there should be no additional charges.
