I travel for my job and had the unfortunate experience of sustaining serious damage to a rear interior tire wall on my Mini Cooper. The local gas station recommended Daniel Tire, which was about 7 minutes away. I drove there very slowly. Once I arrived, a Daniel Tire Rep told me they did not have the size of tire I would need in stock and it would need to be ordered, likely it would not be there until the next day. I was six hours in to a 7 1/2 hour Road trip when my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over a couple of times but didn’t notice anything wrong with my tires. Being from out of town I googled the nearest tire shop and found Daniel Tire co. I called and explained my situation and they said to stop in. They looked at my car immediately, adjusted the air pressure, checked my spare and had me out in 10 minutes. Back on the road, feeling safe knowing they checked everything out. As a resident of Des Moines I found myself with a flat just a few miles out of town. I had no idea what I hit and figured I wouldn't leave town without two new tires. The guys fixed the flat and checked the front to be sure that I was safe to go home. Only needed a patch and I was on my way. They gave me so much more than the $20 repair charge. They could have charged me for two new tires and I wouldn't have known the difference. Great service for a great price. Thank you for helping me!!
