If you need a plan, have a plan, or don't know how to get a plan, GO with Dan. Mr. Terhune went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a Realtor. In the ELEVENTH hour, he was EXTREMELY PRESENT through every question, complication, ROAD BLOCK, and issue. He did his BEST to resolve everything and come up with solutions. His expertise was extremely helpful in many situations involving our transactions. I would only recommend to NEVER sell and buy at the same time - it is way too stressful!
