I’ve always had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm, welcoming, & genuinely kind. The front desk staff is always helpful with scheduling & makes the whole process easy & stress-free. I had a scheduled teeth cleaning for tomorrow 4/14. They just called me to reschedule less than 24 hours before my cleaning. I'm very upset with them because I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months but last time the girl said they were short staffed and would have to schedule for 8 months. Now they want to put me out until the 1st of the year. That would mean I won't get my teeth cleaned for about 11/2 years. I'm very upset with them.
Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and understanding. I haven't had dental care in years and have always felt apprehensive about going. With this office I will absolutely be returning and continue to go there for my dental care. They explained everything, answered all questions and even offered helpful payment agreements.
