I’ve always had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm, welcoming, & genuinely kind. The front desk staff is always helpful with scheduling & makes the whole process easy & stress-free. The hygienists, assistants & Dr. Welsh are just as wonderful - they take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed. I had a scheduled teeth cleaning for tomorrow 4/14. They just called me to reschedule less than 24 hours before my cleaning. I'm very upset with them because I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months but last time the girl said they were short staffed and would have to schedule for 8 months. Now they want to put me out until the 1st of the year. That would mean I won't get my teeth cleaned for about 11/2 years. I'm very upset with them.
Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and understanding. I haven't had dental care in years and have always felt apprehensive about going. With this office I will absolutely be returning and continue to go there for my dental care. They explained everything, answered all questions and even offered helpful payment agreements.
Efficient staff, very friendly! Also very communicative and accommodating.
