Dr Phelan and his staff are wonderful to work with. Very informative, knowledgeable welcoming and professional! Great experience!
From the moment I walked in the staff were very friendly. The nurses were busy but were getting patients from points a to b in a timely manner. Dr. Phelan listened to me and we worked toward a treatment plan and will revisit if my issues don't resolve.
