As a family we can’t say enough good things about Dr. Phelan who conducted our son Jack’s knee surgery and is currently assessing our daughter. We ended up seeing Dr. Phelan initially as a second opinion, and we are so glad we did as things might have gone in a different direction with whom we saw initially. This was my first time receiving any type of surgery in my life. I’m 53 years old and needed a Total Knee Arthroplasty (left).
