As a family we can’t say enough good things about Dr. Phelan who conducted our son Jack’s knee surgery and is currently assessing our daughter. We ended up seeing Dr. Phelan initially as a second opinion, and we are so glad we did as things might have gone in a different direction with whom we saw initially. He is friendly, takes his time explaining things, and really put our minds at ease and made Jack completely comfortable. Exceptional care! Dr. Phelan was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer questions and explain options of surgery versus waiting. Great bedside manner. Would highly recommend.
