Dr Parnassa did my cardiac cath. He has lived in the county for 20+ years and is part of our community, not some outside specialist who brings his own nurses in and rents and office 2 days a month. He told me what to expect. He was punctual. Everything went as expected. The cath lab was "warm and comfortable" not something out of Science Fiction movie. I like that. Things went well He gave me post op instructions.

Dr Parnassa.. Is so caring and gentle with my 86 year old mother.. One day mom was in his office and mom was cold he offered to give mom his jacket (I have never had a doctor offer my mom his jacket before I was touched by his act of kindness). For many years my mom has used Dr. Parnassa and has been very pleased, and so have my brother and I. Today, however, I called for assistance and the woman who answered the phone was unfriendly, unhelpful and actually "hung up" on me when I questioned her about asking Dr. Parnassa a question for me. I called back 3x right away and she put me into the automated system voice mail immediately. I don't care how good the doctor is if the staff is this way then perhaps the practice is changing and I need to find mom another doctor.

Guy uses a nice smile and his personal cell phone # to lull you into trusting him. He doesn't know what he's doing, can't read an EKG, being investigated for Medicare Fraud, about a dozen malpractice lawsuits going on, and can't pass his boards. At least they are honest and admit that on their website. Look at his profile.
