For many years my mom has used Dr. Parnassa and has been very pleased, and so have my brother and I. Today, however, I called for assistance and the woman who answered the phone was unfriendly, unhelpful and actually "hung up" on me when I questioned her about asking Dr. Parnassa a question for me. I called back 3x right away and she put me into the automated system voice mail immediately. I don't care how good the doctor is if the staff is this way then perhaps the practice is changing and I need to find mom another doctor.
Guy uses a nice smile and his personal cell phone # to lull you into trusting him. He doesn't know what he's doing, can't read an EKG, being investigated for Medicare Fraud, about a dozen malpractice lawsuits going on, and can't pass his boards.
