My experience, first as an Anesthesiologist witnessing his great work as a reconstructive plastic surgeon, and as a patient I am completely satisfied with his work. Him as person has wonderful qualities of a human being.
After a bad experience with an other surgeon's office I contacte Dr Sutphin's office.I was amazed by the staff, they were kind,attentionate ,caring and efficient I was very impressed by Dr Sutphin,he was kind listen to my physical and emotional situation,took the time took the time to explain the different options for a double mastectomie for breast cancer. I am greatfull for your attention Thank you
I am actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Sutphin again!! I saw him in Las Cruces, and he was moving to Arizona so im stoked we've found him again and hope he can see me from Albuquerque to Arizona?! I can say he and his crew fought for me. My insurance wanted to know why my surgery was 'medically necessary' and I remember his team going to bat for me!! Can't say enough good!! He and his procedures are definitely blessed by God!
Professional, caring , kind. Appointments never feel rushed . He explains procedures in complete detail. Im only a month out from the surgery and can barely see where the incision was! Highly recommend.

Dr. Sutphin did a very delicate skin cancer removal on my father's face. He did a complete removal, leaving no trace of cancer. He avoided the nerves and muscles of the area so there was no damage at all! We are so grateful!
Dr. Sutphin is a dedicated, focused surgeon who truly cares about his patients on a personal level. His skill and attention to detail makes him stand out as the BEST!!!

Dr. Sutphin was my plastic surgeon two years ago in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is an excellent Dr. and treated me as a human being after going through so much physical and emotional distress. I was a cancer patient diagnosed in March of 2014 and I went through chemo for two years and 33 radiation treatments for breast cancer. He did my bilateral breast reconstruction and I honestly feel like a normal human being. The surgeries were a tough experience but Dr. Sutphin took very good care of me.
Dr. Sutphin did extensive reconstructive surgery to the head and skull of a family member. His compassion and personal concern for not only the patient but the family is like none other I have experienced. Dr. Sutphin has set the bar on what medical care should be very high.
