The office has yet to respond to my request to find out my biopsy result for cancer. I have given up on Dr Randall, apparently too busy, to make time to call me. I have waited 14 days, 7 days beyond when he said he would call. Further, the office staff has not responded to any of my texts or emails. We visited Dr. Daniel Su, urologist in Simi Valley Adventist Health Urology office, where he is one of the staff/visiting urologists. My son had a “testicular mass” which was confirmed by 2 consecutive scrotum ultrasound exams. His diagnosis was “testicular cancer” and recommendation for urgent “orchiectomy” (testicle removal) surgery. He became very angry when I doubted his diagnosis.
