Dr. Shalev is a very talented and caring dental health professional. I have so much respect for him.
I had a revision done of a botched root canal, and Dr Shalev was fantastic. He is polite and patient, and explains everything in a clear way as he goes. His bedside manner is excellent and he goes over the xrays with you to illustrate what's going on. I was really surprised that I had no pain with this procedure which was extensive and took well over an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. My first experience at this office was fantastic! That was why I requested him for refferal again when my son needed oral surgery. My first issue was that I brought my son to the scheduled appointment and they told me that I had called to reschedule and my apppointment was cancelled. I had never called to reschedule! They finally decided to see him and there was a mix up with the visit charges. Dr. Shalev was very kind, efficient, and thorough. I was in alot of pain so he fixed me immediately. I will return to him in the future and recommend him to my family and friends.
I was referred to Dr. Shalev by my general dentist for renewal of a tooth a third dentist said was beyond repair and should be pulled. Dr. Shalev successfully treated by administering antibiotics and completing a root canal.
