RUN REALLY FAST. READ REVIEWS!! Should have trusted my gut on this dealership. Might be the most unprofessional service I have encountered in many years. 250K collected and they shipped my car on a one man race trailer. Great Sales Team - Great Cars! Very pretty place!
Strongly suggest buying your vintage car else where. Owner Daniel was very discriminated towards myself as I viewed the show rooms and threatened to call the police. Was viewing dealership for possible employment. Very clear could had used my help. Cars places in building looked to had been stored wet, dust and crumbs in crevices of seats, rims still coated in brake dust. For the collection not much pride seems to be taken in these cars.
Buyers Beware. Do not believe anything this dealership tells you about the car you are interested in. I was told that my car was like it just came from the factory and in excellent condition and that they had given it a thorough inspection. Had an appraisal and the appraisal stated the same. Come to find out the appraisal was done based on what the dealership told them about it. After +$25,000 and counting of repairs, I very much regret my purchase from this dishonest dealership.
I've been doing business with Daniel Schmitt & Co for many years. They have always been fair and honest and typically have better quality cars. To some their cars appear expensive, BUT, low mileage and premium quality is very rare in old cars and worth the difference to informed and discerning buyers. One of the best vintage car dealers in the world!!
