Unprofessional service. You ruined my $70 Lauren Ralph Lauren shirt with hair dye, used chemicals so harsh they left my scalp burning, and now you are ignoring my messages and refusing to refund my $200. I have all the screenshots where you admitted it was your mistake. And because of a mistake of hers, she puts me on the dye that wasn’t. Very unprofessional
I bought my wife gift certifica she went to do her hair for the first time she loves it so much thank you Bella at the Daniel salon I recommend everybody should go there. I promise you guys you’re gonna be very, very, very happy.
