highly unethical and shady agent who will not act in your best interest whether you are buying or selling. we reached a verbal agreement on a price with the seller and Daniel was supposed to send us a purchase agreement, and instead he dragged his feet and went behind our back to sign an agreement with someone else. we were not even given a chance to counter and put a higher offer (which we were ready to do, and it would be good for the seller too). being used in this way is so unethical and dishonorable
