I tried scheduling an appt with Daniel. They didn't call til a couple of days later. I asked them to come at 3 pm and Daniel said 4-6 pm which I agreed to. They didn't bother to show up or even call me to let me know why. I called at 5:56 pm but got no answer. Our time is valuable just as his is and we didn't need to be waiting 2 hours for nothing. Very unprofessional.
