It is impossible to talk to anyone by phone! I live 2 hrs aways so it's been a real handicap. Dr is great.

Dr Carlson listens to questions and listens to my answers when he asks questions of me. He also explains results and recommendations clearly.

The doctor was pleasant, directive, and confident in his evaluation of my spine problem. This was the second visit to the practice with a new doctor three years later and there was continuity of care. While I'm not through my prednisone regimen yet, I'm very confident that the action plan he has provided will work to mitigate my back pain.

I have quick visits now that I have no back pain. My lower back pain was from arthritis & from being a nurse for 40 years. Ouch! Now I take an antiepileptic medication to relieve my back. Who knew?This rx is my best friend. I put off seeing a back specialist for years in fear of needing surgery. I learned that surgery is not always the cure for back pain. Yeah! Thank you Dr. Husted
The nurse spent more time with me than Dr. Husted. So, going in with severe back pain, could hardly stand or sit. Here comes the Doctor who spent approximately 5 minutes with me. All he did was have me raise my legs and pushed down, point toes and pressed again. Next, asked if I can take NSAIDS the answer is no then asked if I can take a 5 day steroid pack, response no. So, now I am waiting to get an MRI and NEVER looked at my spine even when my son said he noticed the spine was off. I am waiting to get the MRI, then an appo... read more
