I could not of felt more comfortable with Dr. Chang. His staff is also top notch. I have seen him about 7 times.
To clarify, this is regarding the office. I called 3 times and each time was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer each time I called. Literally, had a question regarding the side effects of a medication and couldn't reach anyone!
He's straight forward and actively listens to what you have to say. He showed concern and provided a solution for my situation. I really appreciate you and your staff.
Very refreshing to have your physician not only listen to your concerns but actually hear them and address in a way you can understand.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Chang . Kelsey seybold medical group is outstanding.
