We hired Daniel to fix a leak in our roof. He did not come at his scheduled times on every occasion we booked. After multiple no shows, he arrived late. no regard for our time and the fact we took off work to be available during his scheduled time. The next time it rained, the roof continued to leak, the problem was not fixed. We reached out and he sent his son to try and complete the job he was hired for. Next rain, it was still leaking. Don't be fooled by this guy's double talk, or you will end up getting sucked in by his bait and switch way of doing business. He also doesn't stand behind his work. Less than a year after he did the roof repair, it started leaking in the same place. He then claimed that he only did a "temporary repair", and wanted more than five times what he initially charged to correct the problem. Who would pay for a temporary repair, and why?
