Dr. Raines is a very pleasant and competent physician
I have been treated by Dr. Raines for colonoscopy and other issues for more than 14 yrs. I very highly recommend him.
Extremely dismissive and acts as if you are an inconvenience to him. Will show up to scheduled appointments hours later (yes, even telemedicine) and will say that you were a no-show if you cannot wait around for 4-5+ hours and end up having to leave to get back to work. Would not run any tests even though I was referred to him specifically to have testing done that could not be performed at the smaller clinic I normally go to.
