You don't have to wait, staff is incredible and personable.... Dr Drake explains everything he's doing and is a very caring dentist. Never had a bad visit and happy with my choice for cleaning and dental work. 10 out of a 10!
Visits with Drake and staff started OK. Then the front desk couldn't seem to keep track of proper pricing. Went to pay after my appt and the woman who wrote my quote earlier looked at her screen and told me to pay a much higher price. I told her my quote was lower. Fast first appointment with the very best of people all around. Beautiful office with a classy log cabin feel. Made my wife and I feel very welcomed and comfortable. No pressure in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Highly recommend. I was fearful and had neglected my dental needs for years due to previous experiences with pain. I did the sedation procedure ( pills ) and had an extraction plus a replacement cap. I was used to a cap taking weeks but I now have the permanent one in place and it is gorgeous. Staff is compassionate and professional . Hate going to the dentist? Dr Drake is the solution!
I haven't had great luck with localOrmond dentist. From my 1st phone call to checking out 1st rate professional people all around (not used to that). Jessica was the wonderful caring person who got me ready. Very friendly and personable. Dr. Drake arrived we went over pressure free options. I had questions about price estimates (where I've been burnt before) the woman who does billing was brought back to me and we quickly and easily got my question answered. Beautiful, clean office with attentive caring staff that treats patients like family. I've been going to Dr. Drake for over 4 years and have had numerous treatments/procedures: fillings, Invisalign, Botox and routine cleanings. He is very knowledgeable in all areas but what sets him and his office apart is his "bed side manner". Professional yet very warm and friendly. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Drake and his staff!
I had severe burning mouth and was attempting to try anything to get well. He had no experience on this issue but he never once advised me not to try invisalign, I paid the $5500.00 and could not tolerate the plastic in my mouth for longer than two weeks. I had the "buttons" removed and ask for 1/2 of my money back but was denied. I agree it was partly my fault but he should have advised me not to do this until my neurological issues resolved.
Explained very little of what was being done. To this day, I'm not sure what really happened, or what I had done.
