Dr Daniel is “booked” till December they refer me to Jennifer O’Boyle instead. My appointment was for this afternoon. They called me just now and woke me up to inform me it’s been canceled. Mrs O’Boyle will not be coming in today. Then proceed to recommend I go to an urgent care. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO. I can’t just up and go to any urgent care. Does not listen to his patints. Thinks everyome works a 8 hour shift
He has been my doctor for 12 years. He is more like a friend . He staff is great and handle things right away.
