Does not listen to his patints. Thinks everyome works a 8 hour shift

Extremely lazy office staff and doctor. My son was diagnosed with the flu and i was not feeling well myself. I explained to rita i need to see the doctor for my job. Rita just took down symptoms and gave it to the doctor i was then called back and told that if it was the flu there wasnt a whole lot to do about it wich i understand but again i needed to see him for my work.
