I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care here. I provided a form to document my progress, but instead of providing an updated assessment, they submitted the exact same information from over a year ago. This negligence directly caused me to lose my driver’s license. Despite multiple calls and requests to correct the letter and show my actual progress, I have been completely ignored. Because of their refusal to communicate or fix their mistake, I have now lost my job. Absolute lack of accountability.
Please avoid this guy
Wish I could give Dr. Lavery zero stars. Zero empathy, basically no communication, and negative responsibility for his statements. Avoid like the plague.
