Well explained before. Mercy Hospital greatly updated. Staff excellent. Dr Patterson excellent.
Dr Patterson is very kind and patient. I was impressed my how well he described my options, taking the time to explain risks, recovery time and activities allowed after surgery. I did not feel rushed or that Dr. Patterson was in a hurry. Very nice man.
Dr Patterson and his staff made me feel very comfortable and confident that he was the right Dr for me. Very Impressed with him answering questions about my surgery and his outstanding bedside manner.
Dr. Patterson's professionalism and great personality make my pre-surgerical appointment awesome.
Dr Patterson cares about you his patient. He asked if I had pain after eating chicken wings or any other fried food since surgery. He warned me that I may still not be able to eat that type of food. I followed the soft food diet for first week after surgery, gradually adding normal foods. I had my wings and first time in quite a while I enjoyed them and had no issues afterwards! A great relief. Dr. Patterson explained everything well, easy to understand. Answered all of my questions a d put me at ease.
He was informative and listened and answered my questions and my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Patterson. He is a great surgeon.
he treats you like a human being and explains what is going on in terms. You can understand where is most actors act like a robot and think you’re supposed to understand what they are talking about. I have never had a doctor like him, explained everything clearly and makes you feel like he actually wants to help you. I would recommend him even over my. Personal doctor. I have had two surgeries done by him, and if I had to have anymore, I would go back to him. I have never had a doctor with a bedside manner as he has.
