Saw a Dr. Williams a few weeks back. Given a cortisone shot for my knee. After about 6 days I called the office to inform them that the shot didn't help and I was still in pain. I was returned with a call from a nurse insuring me that the Doctor would call me within 24 hrs. 10 days have passed and I tried calling only to not get a response. I recommend that there are Doctors who cares. It's not these Doctors.
Dr. Wood and Dr Katie take care of my daughter fracture they are amazingly team work, well explained and Dr Wood is very polite also take time to explain as the same time is very clear and straightforward what is next step to followed, the office lady’s also are very helpful with all you need Thank You ! Over all great experience!
This guy is the real deal. He doesn't blow smoke. I've seen too many physicians who are wishy-washy. I saw him for a minor hip fracture but he did not treat my case as if it were minor. He is concise and caring. He went over my X-rays in a pragmatic style and kept me up to date with my healing progress in an easy to consume manner. I've seen too many doctors that are arrogant and too cool for school. He's a cool dude and is very straightforward. He also has a handshake that could crush a cue ball. I respect that!
