Mister Rock, at first I criticized the amount of time it was taking to accomplish what I thought was so easy to accomplish. However, once attempting it myself realized that it was actually being accomplished at a productive rate, mister rock has been serving Pasco County since almost 50 years and his job, he does very proficiently. He was not helpful. & talked down to me, he sat very high up in his high chair , & customers sat on very low chairs. He was very full of himself. It’s time to retire, & clean up ur office it’s a mess & do us ur reception.
