First off, I want to start by saying that I won’t be disclosing my information, and this will remain anonymous for personal reasons. Some of the staff at Oak Park Dental are truly amazing—dental hygienist Megan, for example, is wonderful and very professional. That being said, I have to express that this place can also be incredibly disappointing. It’s very disheartening to witness how Spanish-speaking patients are treated. Always a great job and comfortable atmosphere.
Extremely Disappointed. Avoid if You Can I rarely write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. When I tried to bring up my concerns, the doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. On top of that, I was overcharged for services and when confronted I was met with attitude rather than answers. They clearly take advantage of people who don’t ask questions. Once they get your money, you’re just another number. No follow up, no courtesy, nothing. Definitely not... read more
Terrific experience with Oak Park Dental. Everyone was exceptional to deal with. They had next day availability which was amazing compared to other competitors in the area. They were very thorough, my hygienist was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend you anybody looking for a great dental experience.
