Dr. Birkbeck was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. ( He was also empathetic to the pain of the injections he administered!) He explained that I will need a joint replacement as the next step. I highly recommend he and his staff!
The doctor good no issues with him . He is very professional just I wait a little for him but he is take care of your concerns. I’m happy with his job. The issues was with the staff in the front rude super bad service she hung up on me (Olga) and said that is my problem if I don’t have the appointment and she didn’t care other nurse same super rude.
