The very smooth and professional behavior of all the staff members.
Dr Osamani gets to know his patients and doesn't just treat them like a number. He provides relative instructions and information in patient friendly terms. He is caring and compassionate. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Raza has been my physician for 12 years. I am a Registered Nurse and quite discerning about my Healthcare and my provider. Dr. Raza is simply the best in the Roanoke Valley. Dr. Freed an staff was nice, but I have come down a road of sickness with autoimmune issues. Things are still left unclear. When I mean unclear, I mean absolutely no help whatsoever, not even a referral. I was referred to Dr. Freed through a friend, but I don't think I will make any to him, as I came from Princeton WV to Pembroke VA.

Is overcharging by coding to insurance as "diagnostic" for a "preventative" procedure. There were no symptoms involved, and no treatment afterward. Stuck me with a several hundred dollar invoice for a yearly procedure that's always covered. Never again.
Replacement hip surgery (which was to have originally been a Day Surgery procedure) was F’d up twice in the same day. During the 2nd surgery (within 24 hours), Dr. Gardner broke my femur. At my last visit I was told by Dr. Gardner, “I’m sorry, I’ve never seen this before, it may may take 1-2 years to heal, come back in 1 year”. He either says “I don’t know” or gives a blank stare when asked a direct question. He offers no further info, or treatment (CT scan, MRI, or referral elsewhere).
