I really hate leaving bad reviews but I'm still flabbergasted from my appointment with Dr. O . Maybe he was having a bad day or off. I waited 2 months to finally see an endocrinologist, that was the soonest they could see me. I have had hashimoto's for two years now and was hoping an endocrinologist would help me more in depth with my condition. Great doctor and office staff! The new NP is fantastic, too!!
Scheduled an appt w/another physician. Everytime I had an appointment with this office, I get a call two weeks later, about something they "forgot" to inform me about. I typically have to return to the office to take care of some ridiculous errand, or fill out paperwork. I see 7 other specialists, so scheduling takes a bit of time & effort. This weekend, I noticed a prescription turned into my pharmacy, but they have no record of it. It was done with neither my knowledge, nor consent. He is excellent at professionalism, meaning sitting and explaining everything you need and should know. Shows you in detail how your thyroid works and functions and what the lab results really tell you when the numbers are to high or to low. He loves his patients and cares for each and everyone that he treats. The office staff are wonderful to be around, work with, helpful and friendly too. I gave him five stars because he is five stars.
