I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Carson. He and his staff are great. The dentist that pulled my teeth, on the other hand, not so great. I wasn’t really concerned about his name after my experience. My teeth were hard to remove and I could sense the frustration in the dentist, as if it was my fault. He made me feel uncomfortable. Aside from that, kinda the main reason for my visit but Dr Carson’s professionalism and friendly attitude made up for it.
He replaced an older filling with a crown and I’ve had continued pain and sensitivity ever since and that’s been almost a year ago. I’ve had 4 adjustments which improved it somewhat, but it’s still not right.
Had a procedure done that was very painful. Had to return because dental instrument that was inserted on initial visit came out. So, I had to go through another very painful procedure to re-insert device. After 4 days the instrument came out again. At this point, I refused to allow myself to go through that again and called to cancel any further dealings with this dentist. No compassion for discomfort I was feeling.
