Dr. Nelson is a kind and very competent doctor. It ends there. His staff is horrible and extremely unhelpful. For that reason, don’t even try to make an appointment or call for any other reason. You won’t get anywhere. My surgeon sent a referral to Dr. Nelson for an epidural injection. I’m in awful pain and he needs the results for a surgery plan.
