This organization and this individual could care less about a patients health. After making an appointment 4 months in advance for an annual physical and filling out a bunch of form (absolving them from everything and guaranteeing that they will be paid) they cancelled for no reason giving me less than 3 hours notice. To call this so called Doctor and his firm useless would be to elevate their performance. They exemplify the problems with our system. Dr Navarro is fantastic. He is compassionate, friendly, good listener. He takes his time to get to know you as his patient. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things related to your labs or conditions. I am glad I have him as my PCP. It is rare to find a doctor like him this days. I hope he stays with Inova Sterling location for a long time.
He is a very accurate professional, he has a very friendly treatment and explains the cases very well, a very good doctor.
