The takeover (or sell-out) by Orlando health has ruined one of the top orthopedic practices in Tampa. Every interaction is a nightmare of incompetence and frustration, from unanswered phones, hang ups /disconnections, difficulty scheduling, impossibility of reaching the practice location itself, and no way to talk to staff because of the “wall” that has been built by OH.
