I returned a recently purchased vehicle for service .I had to leave asked for a loaner(didn't get it WALKED home)..Only to be called and asked why I left?HUH??? I was at home when I got the call WALKED all the way...I made it back up to the business to collect the loaner parked it outside the gate until I could retrieve the loaner. Me again.....Just thought I'd mention the fact that these guys not only make you wait until after the first payment to correct what was wrong when it was sold two weeks ago..They are also aware of the statuses of All African Americans..( broke ass drug addicts,gang members,drug dealers ,rouges ECT) .I am sure that other people of color who have an ongoing business relationship with these guys would want to know what they. Bought a car 2004 lincoln town car from these guys1/29/2021 I needed to jump it off the next morning it now sits in the yard(not the shop) but the yard out back(at daniels). They informed me of the problem and decided to wait until after I made the 1st payment before they fix it..I regretfully decline to wait or to continue our business relationship .My down payment was not mentioned or considered they said"he didn't us nothing", HUH???.Is this a dealership or a mechanic shop who don't work until they are paid..HUH????? DID YOU KNOW??? If your car is in need of repairs the day after you purchase it..You got had!!!No if's and 's. Or but's about it..The dealer was aware of the problem and is dependant upon either you fixing it or paying him to fix it....There is No legal recourse you'll be sh":# outta luck.
