If I can give zero stars I would. Dr. Daniel Mangiapani is an absolute screwup left my left knee looking like something out of the creatures in the movie The Hills Have Eyes. A licensed surgeon here in Utah? seriously? How does he keep his license? How much is the payoff? One look at his office should have been a hint.
