Lived here for 4 years. Great experience especially since Alvin and the new management company took over a couple years back
Worst property manager ever. Inefficient. Does not communicate. Won’t help you remove erroneous charges. Won’t answer a phone call. Basically feels like you deal with chat AI robot. A proper human touch would help.
Great experience from start to finish working with DMG and specifically Alvin at The Residence at Glen Tower Center. Knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and much more. I would highly recommend!
Our family have lived in many apartment complex’s throughout the last 10 years and this has been our favorite one. The amenities are great as well as the modern updated bathrooms and kitchens. The biggest difference is the people who work here. The property manager, Georgia Malone, is wonderful and incredibly easy to work with.
