I've been a pt for 7 or 8 years there and my job mandates me a lot which caused me to miss 3 appt. Over a 2 year period and I missed another one due to going on Medicare and I did not have my cards yet, and for some reason they could not look them up( every other health care facility can find them in a minute) so they canceled my appointment and I receive a letter from Dr Salcedo whom I've never met in my time there saying he cannot see me anymore. Have seen Dr Salcedo twice for low back & sacroiliac joint pain. He performed a Radiofrequency Ablation and it has proved extremely helpful. He explains procedure clearly. Office staff is kind and courteous. Highly recommend.
