Daniel is very smart when it comes to real estate. He helped explain and break down terminology that my husband and I didn’t understand. He broke down what it meant to have conventional loan versus an fha loan amongst others. He explained the taxes and the importances of having money down and saved. He helped us look for ways to work on our credit and advised us wisely before jumping into mortgage. He’s patient and very dedicated you can truly tell he loves what he does! Daniel is the realtor I count on to tell it how it is and inform when a property meets the needs of what I’m looking for.
