Dr. Rockers has taught me techniques to deal with lifelong anxiety attacks with tachycardia (rapid heartbeat). Although there are some who seek the guidance of a therapist ongoing. He has also helped me with employment issues, motivational exercises, etc. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for relief from anything ailing them.
