Wonderful ! I am a long time dental phobic, having had too many procedures when I was young, In 2018 I needed a difficult molar extraction of a broken tooth . I was petrified but it was executed swiftly and painlessly and he was a cheerleader all the way. He is Good. !!!!
Dr. Crofton removed several teeth at the same time. Excellent experience. Almost no pain after the numbing agent was gone. He and his staff could not have been nicer and more caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Crofton ******Great office!
My 1st consult with Dr. Crofton re an extraction of a broken,decayed molar with 3 roots whose crown had fallen off was profssional and reassuring....If his schedule had allowed , he could have done the extraction that day. However I had to return 6 days later ."today:' He numbed the area very well..making certain I was not feeling anything and proceeded ..encouraging me throughout ..with a calm voice."...you're doing great",concentrate on slow breathing", etc "almost finished"
i had to get 2 teeth pulled and like a lot of people i don't like going to the dentist but i got really lucky this time and found Dr. Daniel m plank. he is the best i have ever been to he has a great personality very gentle and he understands what your going thure and it comes out in the way he works and treats his patients he pulled my teeth and i had no pain he is such a great dentist so if you need a great oral surgeon don't hesitate and call Dr. Plank you won't regret it
Horrible dentist. He may do irreparable damage to your healthy teeth in the process of treating other teeth. Do your homework. Cant give detailed info about my experience due to legal reasons.
I have found Dr. Crofton to be very professional and personable. He saw me on very short notice, and was instrumental in diagnosing a serious condition so I was able to receive expedient treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Crofton.
I had an implant on a lower molar. I was taken care of promptly, professionally, efficiently and courteously . Dr. Plank explained the procedure. Talked a little while he was working to relax my nervous mind. I never even felt his numbing the area of mouth. WOW! I was worried, with no reason for concern. I would like to compliment him, his assistant and his staff.
He was excellent, staff was friendly. He removed a part of my tooth that another Dentist 2 years ago broke off in my mouth. I was not too happy seeing a Dentist so soon but it was worth it. I Will refer him to others.
I had to call his office upwards of 10 times before I got someone on the phone. The nurse who scheduled the appointment was rude and condescending. Dr. Crofton was arrogant and did not listen to my complaints, believing he knew what was wrong. Later I was proven correct and he called me a silly girl. His nurse threatened the friend who brought me in for the procedure saying she couldn't leave or they would refuse to do the surgery even though she wasn't my emergency contact or my medical proxy
