My time with Dr. Edelman was incredibly helpful. He is very approachable and easy to talk to, and he offered both insights and practical techniques that were easy for me to implement. Dr. Edelman was a keen listener and adept at thinking through the specifics of my circumstances. I greatly value my time working with him and would highly recommend him.
Dr. Edelman aided me in recovering from my parents' deaths, my depressed outlook on life and his uncovering of my ADHD. The latter was instrumental in understanding why I was such a chronic underachiever in my school years. His approach, though clinical, was very unarming and pleasant.
Dr Edelman is a great listener who was extremely helpful to me as I was working through some family issues. With his help I was able to strengthen my relationships with my children and family which was what I set out to do. He was accommodating with his time and respectful of my schedule. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Edelman is a true professional. He always takes time to listen carefully to all of my issues without interruption. The feedback and behavioral tips that I have learned are currently working very well in my particular situation. Dr. Edelman has found common grounds with me to build a solid rapport. I would recommend him without any hesitation.
Dr. Edelman has been extremely helpful in reducing my overall anxiety. He uses a blend of cognitive and behavioral strategies, along with deeper discussions about the childhood origins of irrational beliefs and emotions. With prior therapy experiences, I felt like I was gaining an understanding of my past but not practical action steps for the present. Dr. Edelman finally helped me apply insights about the past to improve my day to day life.
Dr. Edelman help me during a very difficult time of my life. I was overwhelmed by anxiety and had trouble dealing with different aspects of my life. When I started with Dr. Edelman I was very unhappy and feeling hopeless. During our sessions we discussed my feeling about myself, my family history and experiences. Dr. Edelman has such a calming tone that I was about to relax and search out solutions to some of my problems. I would recommend his practice to anyone needing help to them find answers and feel able to cope with the challenges of today's life and times. I am grateful for the time I spent reclaiming my priority through therapy.
