Took appointment at Pekin office to get in sooner to see first available hand surgeon. My drive was from Dunlap The appointment was for 1:10pm and requested I arrive a half hour before that. Front desk staff was delightful and receptive. The WAIT TIME WAS RIDICULOUS!!! was called back to be roomed at 2:30pm and finally saw the doctor at 3:05pm. Dr seems knowledgeable and asked pertinent questions.....but a bit on the arrogant side.
Doctor was timely, very courteous and knowledgeable. The procedure he used on me seems to be working.
