After losing my ACL and tearing up my meniscus/LCL and MCL during basketball practice - I assumed my athleticism would never be the same - my pain-free adventures, never the same. Extremely caring and compassionate, amazing bedside manner. He truly cares for his patients. This was my second knee repair after previously having a bad experience with someone else. He saved my knee! I had complications after my surgery and he even came to the hospital to see how I was doing even though it was a weekend. I am so thankful to have had him as my surgeon.
My son injured his knee in a soccer game, the injury didn’t seem severe at the time but over the week progressed pretty quickly. His athletic trainer made a call to Dr. Liechti and he got him in the next day for a screening and MRI. They found that he had a bucket handle tear in his meniscus and scheduled the surgery right away. His entire team was just incredible, kind, and compassionate.
