I saw a one star review from another patient and I am wondering if she left it for the right doctor. Every horrible thing said was exactly opposite from my experience. Dr. O'Loughlin was very nice, listened to and answered all my questions (and I always have a lot of questions) and did a great job injecting my knees so that I barely felt anything. I thought he was very professional without the God complex you see in some doctors. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. O’Loughlin is a true gem. He made me feel so comfortable and took his time vs running people through like cattle. His suggested therapy is working wonders. Glad I listened. Will return as needed and will recommend his office to anyone.
Worst doctor a family member has ever visited. Horrible bedside manner and in the habit of revealing personal information about himself, specifically undesirable traits to have as a doctor that you place in your care. Which is highly inappropriate in a place of professionalism. He did not listen in the slightest to what they were saying, to the degree of talking over them and dismissing their concerns.
