On my first visit, office mgr neglected to send Rx to Express Scripts. 2nd visit was 3 wks ago. Still waiting on Rx to be sent to Express Scripts. Been waiting 3 wks for new glasses. Dr reduced dosage of glaucoma eyedrops to 1 per day rather than the 2 per day which is needed for the drops to actually lower the pressure .this was confirmed by Opthomologist).
