Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes! Then staff told me that I should be prepared to wait 1 1/2 hour for a specialist! No respect for people’s time! After waiting this long, I had to walk out and tell the staff at the front that I could not wait any longer. Nobody even bother to tell me how much longer I had to wait. Unfortunately, only the Doctors would care about this review and the rest of the staff could care less.

My eye doc found a small lower retinal tear and sent me to emergency for on call ophthalmologist. They sent me to Dr. McGillivray’s office. I was blessed. Dr. McGillivray was wonderful. I was very anxious, but he said to me at the end of his long day, on a Friday, with bad weather, that he was going to send me back to hospital and that he will meet me there and repair the tear now. That is so kind. He did the laser repair assuring me all was fine. I am very grateful.

This Clinic runs like a well-oiled machine! So many people to process for all their Doctors but they've got a system that works well and gets you in, out & rescheduled very quickly. Parking is tough but the staff are absolutely wonderful! Thank you!
