I have never had such a bad experience meeting a doctor for the first time. This doctor was rude to me, condescending, and outright nasty. I would never let this doctor touch me no matter how good a surgeon he might be.

I paid the 100 for a consult. They were too busy to give me prices. It's been 2 months no phone calls or emails. I called office 10 times and got run around.

Dr. Kapp did an amazing job on my breast surgery. He really took his time explaining the procedure preoperative. The surgery went smoothly and I love the results. Dr. Kapp is very conscientious. He scheduled a number of post operative checks to make sure everything healed perfectly. Dr. Kapp is easy to talk to and is a very nice person. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Kapp knows his profession well and the various range of possible outcomes. He does not shy from soliciting from you what you think you want especially if you are unclear or unsure and appropriately tells you what to expect, holding back nothing. The advantage to this level of communication is that I was well prepared and knowledgeable of all my most likely outcomes. I’m shocked at these reviews. He is rude, condescending, and doesn’t follow up on anything. There are great doctors in the Palm Beaches. Don’t waste time with this man.

Dr. Kapp has treated me for three serious wound conditions from 2010 to the present. I have found him to be very caring (he personally called me at 9:00 pm after my recent 11:30 am procedure to check on me). He always explains my procedures in language that I understand. His followup after the procedure is outstanding. In addition to his skill as a surgeon/problem solver -- I have found him to be very accessible. I would recommend Dr. Kapp with no reservations.

I am a person who is very experienced with medical problems so I know what differentiates a good doctor from an outstanding one. Dr. Kapp and his staff receive A+++ grades across the board. He is professional, courteous, efficient and a very "cool" guy. He was able to lower my level of concern during both the surgery and follow-up. I totally recommend Dr. Kapp and his wonderful team for any situation which requires the expertise of a master plastic surgeon.
