My 94 year old mother was a patient of Dr. Kramer. She was at her primary care doctors and had extremely high blood pressure. They called Dr. Kramer to get her in there immediately and the Dr's office was told they would NOT see her. She was brought by ambulance instead to John Dempsey (UCONN) Hospital. The next day the hospital called Dr. Kramer also in Farmington, to tell them their patient was admitted, and did he want to come by and see her. We were told he again told them NO. Dr. Kramer makes me feel comfortable in his surroundings. He is always upbeat but is professionally in tune to your needs. Dr. Kramer asks the right questions that leads to good discussions regarding concerns and issues. I am glad to have him as my cardiologist.
A wonderful experienced and well professional medical group . The Doctor and assisting nurses closely listed to every questions and made sure that I understood every response and answers . The front desk staff were sweat and helpful with all needed.
